So I have been beating myself up for over a year, wishing that I would have taught Caleb to ride a bike while we still lived on a paved road that didn't have a lot of traffic. I havent' taught him to ride since we moved, because it is a gravel driveway, and well...i've been lazy is all it comes down too. I decided finally enough was enough. I put him on the bike held it while he got his feet on the pedels, and away he went.

That was that! Easy peazy. He now is riding all over the place. It did take him a while to figure out the steering, but once he got that down, he taught himself how to start on his own. Now that is how you teach a kid to ride his bike 10 minutes and we're done.

He's so proud of himself, and now goes out all the time to ride.
way to go Caleb!

Good Job Caleb!!! That's the advantage to waiting - they catch on really quick :)
Yeah Caleb! That is awesome.
I need you to send Emma some words of encouragement. She is scared to death. Sometimes this princess thing gets old.
Way to go Caleb!!! You are looking good on that bike. No sweat, huh! You knew you could do it all along. You are the best. Love, Yayai
