Everyone was actually wearing green , so we had to pose! We had a great St. Patrick's day! Noah set a trap for a leprechan and you know they are sneaky and see through every trap. I tried to warn Noah not to do it, but he insisted that the gold pieces he put in his treasure chest would lure any leprechan and the latch would fall on him and catch him for sure. Well, It didn't work, it just infuriated the leprechan and he trashed our living room. The great thing was that a lot of his gold fell out of his pockets in the process of messing up our house. The kids had a great time collecting all the quarters he left behind. We had our traditional green eggs for breakfast and fried cabbage and potatoes for dinner with green pistachio pudding. But this year we didn't have the corned beef.

Ryan is a bit of a party pooper and when the boys questioned why he wasn't wearing green, his reply...I am not Irish. I am Greek. Noah's comment: "I am European (your a peein) very funny ha ha! We hope you had a great St. Patrick's Day!

What a cute family! I never, ever pictured you living on a farm and raising goats! I am not cut out for stuff like that, but it sounds like you guys love it and have a lot of fun! I read somewhere, maybe on facebook, about you doing midwifery. That's awesome! You're an experienced mama so that's a great pick for you!
They all look adorable. I am glad that Ryan has Greek pride. Stay true to who you are. Sounds like your leprechaun was a bit of a turd. Ours got green footprints all over our house. UGH! I have to clean it up but not until Emma shows everyone in the neighborhood first.
Side note: Today we went on a walk and decided to do Ranch Rd. As we were walking down all the kids said don't you wish we could just go up to the door and it would be Melanie that answered. Can I tell you how much I wished that very thing before they said it. They were reading my mind.
So very cute! Your family is beautiful!
What a cute green family! I didn't realize you had so many new posts....you guys have had an adventurous spring...lots of new family members!!!! Do you keep all of your goats or do you sale them. You sure are an amazing woman with all the people AND animals you take care of everyday!!!
Now because Ryan is Greek does that mean he didn't get pinched?
