Max turned 6 on August 14, 2009 and we were in Utah. That was good for him though,
because we had a great CARNIVAL party for him.
We went to the State Fair in Montana before we left and they had a dart game.
It was $5 for 3 darts.
I couldn't justify $25 for all the kids to throw three darts so I told them we would make our own and they could throw as many as they wanted.
So A dart game turned into a CARNIVAL PARTY for Max.

Happy Birthday Max!!! We miss watching you grow up.
Oh, I am so, so, so sad we missed this. We had several unplanned things come up that morning (one being Clara having a fever and crying every waking moment). I was going to call and come up later, but life got going and I never did. I am so sad about that. I hate not seeing you when you are here. And I'm so sad Eli missed such an awesome birthday. :(
