We still aren't quite done, still have to do the trim, but here you go mom
here is a sneak peak at what has consumed my life and Ryan's for the past month!
Now you know why I haven't blogged so much.
This is the best picture I could get of the paint color, I only painted that bathroom six times
Yeah, ONLY six.
I still wish I would have gone darker, but I wanted the overall feel to be light and airy since our bedroom is so dark
There is enough light tile and white wainscoating, that I think a little darker for the paint would have been okay, but I just couldn't bring myself to paint it eight times, so it remains.

Melanie & Ryan!!! It is gorgeous!!! I can't believe the difference!!!! What a pay day for all that hard work. Thank you so much for the picture update . . wish I had been there to help!!! The color is beautiful. What is that around the side of the tub? Is that tile or a large piece of stone. It is so pretty can you even believe it? I'll bet the bath was HEAVEN!
I hope you took before and after pictures. No one will believe it is the same bathroom. It is so beautiful, and kudo's to Ryan and the tile work, when I heard you were doing 4" tiles I knew it would be alot of work and looking at it now - IT WAS - The paint is gorgeous - I can't imagine 6 times. I now want to see the new shower curtain. GREAT JOB -
Wow, that looks so wonderful. I think you should post a before since I don't have a clue what it looks like. What color is the paint. I am really wanting to go blue. I love the color. You guys always seem to amaze me. I guess I should just expect perfection instead of always being blown away by now.
PS We did get the letter. Emma sent hers off today. I hope it gets there in time for Valentines.
Melanie! This looks incredible! I love it! I'd say all that hard work was certainly worth it.
